Healthy Taco Casserole

I just love Mexican food!  And what better way to have Mexican food and for it to be healthy!!

Brown ground beef or ground turkey.  Once no longer pink, add taco seasoning.  Add in a bag of frozen peppers and onions and two bags of frozen caulirice.   Heat until no longer frozen.  Place in a casserole dish and top with Mexican cheese and bake at 425 until cheese is melted!

***And if you don’t want to use packaged seasoning you could totally make your own with chili powder, cumin, and a pinch of paprika!!
