Something you will find all over the internet right now is something called Wonder Whips. I’m not sure who named it this, but it’s the perfect name for it! I learned about it from following the 2B Mindset program. Here’s my favorite one… almost takes the place of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup… ALMOST! Here’s my favorite way to make a Wonder Whip:
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (I use 2% Fage)
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter powder
1 Teaspoon natural cocoa powder
1-3 drops of Stevia liquid sweetener
Mix well. This is loaded with protein! To add a fiber filled carbohydrate, you can add a banana (or any fruit) or 1/4 cup Fiber One Cereal.
