Wonder Whips

Something you will find all over the internet right now is something called Wonder Whips.  I’m not sure who named it this, but it’s the perfect name for it!  I learned about it from following the 2B Mindset program.  Here’s my favorite one… almost takes the place of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup… ALMOST!   Check out this video from Ilana (co-founder of the 2B Mindset program):

Here’s my favorite way to make a Wonder Whip:

1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt (I use 2% Fage)

2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter powder

1 Teaspoon natural cocoa powder

1-3 drops of Stevia liquid sweetener

Mix well.  This is loaded with protein!  To add a fiber filled carbohydrate, you can add a banana (or any fruit) or 1/4 cup Fiber One Cereal.
